Add a structured list to bottom of emails re: new/removed/deactivated users
Adding a structured list at the bottom of "new PI software user" emails and "removed/deactivated PI software" user emails will allow partners who leverage automations to more easily parse key information relevant to said automations. The list should include the following data in this format:
First Name: Jane
Last Name: Doe
Company Name: Acme
Email: jdoe@acme.com
Role: (Access level, i.e. ReadOnly, etc.)
It would be ideal if the structured list also noted who requested the change to the structured list.

Alicia Wassenberg MergedHi! This request would mostly be helpful with big company clients, to add to the new software user email alert, besides their email address & user role but also WHO at the company created that user. Sometimes in large companies we don't know who to reach out to if that user has a tech issue, it would help with troubleshooting. A common issue is the new user's email has been misspelled by the creator & if we knew who created them, we could just reach out & let them know about error without trying to figure out who we should contact at client company.
Example:
Jane Smith is a new contact, related to This Company, that has been created through PI Software with a role of AccountAdmin by John Doe.
Please connect with Jane at jane.smith@thiscompany.com -

Rhonda Holloway MergedMany of us work hard to keep up with our software users and have processes to capture newly created users but we also want to identify when a user is Deactivated. It would be very helpful to know the PI Software role of the user, the user who Deactivated them and their UserName (email).
The PI User Role helps us to determine the needed action - is the call to action the same for an Account Owner or Read Only?
The person that actually Deactivated the user would be helpful in reaching out to our key contact if we want.
The UserName (email) will be extremely helpful for matching to an existing record (at least for those of us who have our own CRM/Database tools).
Additionally, like the New User Email request somewhere else, it would be AMAZING to have this data in a structured format at least at the bottom.
First Name: xxxxxx
Last Name: xxxxxx
Company Name: xxxxxx
PI Software User Role: xxxxxx
UserName: xxxxxx -

Rhonda Holloway MergedIn addition, now that we have both Legacy New Users and PI2 New Users it would be helpful if ALL PI2 New Users didn't show as Account Admin. We like to use these to invite people to the Getting Started/PI101 classes you guys host but we can't tell the difference with PI2 users. Please update it to show the correct User Levels.

Rhonda HollowayThank you for the update. The new format is great. It would still be SO HELPFUL to have the email address of the user that was deactivated. We pull this info into our CRM system so we can see where they go as a lot of users are deactivated when they leave the company, therefore a good lead. Without the email address, it creates duplicate user and therefore a manual process for us to merge the duplicates and slows down the process of keeping up with these potential leads.
