Bring back "Chat with an expert" or "agent offline" messaging to ForceBC chat
In the new changes to the chat feature of Force BC, you can no longer see if an agent if available or offline. Now I have to do extra clicks to find out someone is unavailable. I have to click on the chat icon, enter my subject, and wait for the chat bot to tell me no one is available and to try later. Not sure why we are making it harder to know when support is available. For ease and transparency, please add back the "Chat with an expert" and "Agent offline" messaging.

Hi Shannon thank you for submitting this. Right now this is unfortunately a limitation with the new required chat interface that was not carried over. Our team is researching to understand if/when we can expect this functionality. Thanks for your patience!
