In Domo Hero Points Dashboard
It's great to see the activity of existing users in the Hero Points view, but even more, we need to see users that ARE NOT using the software, we try to figure that out, but it takes too much excel gymnastics. Please update to view to show ALL users, not just the most active.

Jessica MergedMany clients ask us for quarterly usage reports, and we cannot generate consistent reports over time. We need a report where we see SENT assessments and assessments completed via Open Link, not completed only. We also need to know who sent BA, CA, JA . We need to count deleted and expired assessments as well, as even if not completed, they count as sent.
We need to filter down the period as well (from X to Z, current FY, last year,... like for Client User Activity report). -

Sarah Wright MergedWe are missing the Client Usage Report which used to be available in the Reports section of ForceBC. Our clients found the amount of data in the usage report really useful - specifically one report where you can review last login, last training date and assessment usage for the last 365 days and last 90 days, per user. It's not possible to replicate this information via the reports in the new client snapshot in the domo dashboard. Please can you review this and see if it is possible to revive this report or provide something similar?

Rhonda HollowayI'm not sure the report share in the Done comment gets at what I was initially looking for, the others were related and I thought they could be combined but it looks as if they overshadowed the original request. Yes we need to see all the usage data in the shared link but I was initially looking for an easy way to identify users that are enabled but not actively using the software. Especially in PI2 with so many more people being invited to the software, which is great, knowing who is using it and who is not would be very valuable in our client engagement efforts.
