Add a sound notification for "Chat with an Expert"
We are all busy, including the service desk experts, and have multiple tabs/screens open. While waiting for a service desk associate (or waiting for an answer to a posed question), we all switch screens/programs to continue to get things accomplished. Would help GREATLY if there were a sound notification for when the service desk chatted with the partner.
