Partner Relations Availability could be improved

Still doing things for the first time here, I often get stuck in Force BC, most recently trying to register for a new workshop and trying to figure out which of the 20+ options I should be picking; once I figured that out, it wouldn't let me pick a state, but it was Friday and PR is closed Friday afternoons and Monday mornings; and I tried again today (a Tuesday), but they're closed for lunch; then again at 2:00pm and everyone's out for a meeting. The "Feedback" sends me into this moderator forum. If I send in an email/ticket, I have to go in and track the response because the auto-generated email doesn't have any details so if I have more than one issue at a time, I receive a response "resolved" but by then I don't recall what the problem was. And then what happens next with the workshop, how materials get sent out, etc. It would be helpful to have better access to quick-to-answer question answerers at least between 9-5 M-F. This has been an ongoing frustration. Thank you.
