Create drop down list of existing folders when moving assessments
When moving an assessment to a new, existing folder, you currently have to type in the exact folder name of the existing folder. If you happen to mistype the folder name (like you type RRRealty instead of R R Realty), it creates a new folder instead. Then you end up with multiple folders for the same organization. Solve: A dropdown list of existing folders would ensure that you are able to move assessments to the correct existing folder. Or, if there is not an existing folder, you would have the option of creating a new folder.

Matt Reading AdminHi Karman, Both components of your request are available in Seller Tools in PI2 today: when moving a prospect BA to a new folder, start typing the name the desired folder and a menu of options matching what you've typed will appear below with an additional option to create a new folder matching that text if desired. I'll let our support team know that you were not seeing that behavior in the software so they can investigate whether you experienced a bug. Please report any future issue with this functionality to our support team.
