Default Perform to No Notifications for [D] Demo and [W] Workshop Accounts

We are being overwhelmed by Perform notifications from Demo/Workshop accounts. Can those systems default the Perform module to No Notifications. It's not until I see Chaya that I realize it's from one of those accounts.
