Retain Original Assessment Date when transferring Prospects BAs from Legacy to PI2 Client Account
Currently, there is not a way to transfer the prospect assessment data into the client account with the original assessment completion date. The original assessment date is extremely important for accurate record keeping. Even if there was a way to keep the current copy prospect data process but then be able to manually add the original assessment date somewhere that would be better than nothing.

Dave Berke AdminTo make sure the request is clear, can we assume we are talking about the process around copying a prospect BA from the Legacy Business Account to the PI2 Business Account?
Or, is the request related to retaining the original assessment date when copying prospect BA's from a demo account created in the PI2 Bus Account to a paid client account?
Thanks for the additional clarity. -

Shannon ColbertHi Dave,
Thank you for your response! Yes to the first process, copying a prospect BA from the Legacy Business Account to the PI2 Business Account, to the PI2 paid client account. It does not retain the original assessment date, rather the copy date. -

Rhonda HollowayI just copied a folder of data from a PI2 Demo Account that was created using the Seller Tools. I followed the steps to transfer the data and now all of the dates on those assessments are the transfer date and not the completion date which is a big deal due to the focus you've placed on the Self-Concept date in PI2. Please retain the date or don't bother with the transfer.
