Ability to see all Support Cases for the team and filter by associate
Partners with multiple associates currently can't view all support cases submitted to Partner Services, only individuals can see their own cases. Viewing the team's cases would be valuable for avoiding duplication and enhancing internal follow-up for us and our clients. Suggestion for Partner Principles to be able to view the entire team's support cases.

Rhonda HollowayAnd make them easier to read from the Partner view. It's almost impossible to figure out what happened in most partner relations tickets in FBC. I suspect many of the duplicated/Low C requests are because we enter a ticket and it's like a black hole.
Oddly replies on Finance tickets are super clear and easy...not sure the difference.
