Use employee info for Hire2 Demo

We should be able to use the employees in a Hire2 demo account. Currently they are only housed in Inspire and we have to use dummy info for the demo.

We need to be able to demo Hire 2 using actual candidate data. Currently, demo accounts list data as Employees and they cannot be added to a job target.
This is an essential tool for prospects. I use it to show potential clients how to use PI in their actual hiring process.

Prospects will show up as employees in the employee directory within a demo account and can now be added to a job as a candidate.
