Support Request Form- remove automatic clearing of information
when submitting a request for support, if one item is left blank- other key fields are cleared of information when the blank item is added. (Usually client name and client contact.) This requires multiple attempts at submission of support request.

Hope you are well! FYI- I experienced this issue again this morning- several times when trying to submit a support ticket. Thankfully I caught that the ticket didn't get submitted before I closed out of the software.
