Upcoming Software Renewals email

I keep getting emails telling me that I have upcoming software renewals and when I click on the button, I get to a page that says "NO RESULTS". This has happened a number of times - this is not a one time glitch.

The suggestion here would be to modify the email that goes out to better represent the upcoming Software Renewals per user.
