Tara Wallach AdminHello Meg. Thank you for letting us know there are still assets out there that are outdated. Over the past few months, we did a massive Seismic cleanup and removed many of those, but it is likely some were missed. If at any time you come across an irrelevant or outdated article, please use the 'Review' field on the right-hand side of the article and write us a review. The team will review the feedback on a monthly basis and make those updates for the network. If you need information more quickly, you may always contact partnerrelations@predictiveindex.com and they can get you what you need.

Meg PatelHi Tara, Thanks for your note. To be more specific, much of the Diagnose field guide/documentation is out of date and/or contains wrong information about how the software functions. And the customer-facing materials still say Blind Spot. Attached is an example of a recent change to the materials in response to our submitted feedback. The wrong information was removed, but no new information was provided to the user on scheduling the survey, warnings about limitations, FAQs, etc. When we called PR, we received a Guru resource that isn't searchable on Seismic or Learn. It's creating a lot of work (back/forth) for both the PI CS team and for us to search for updated info that isn't there. Could this feature request be kept open for these materials to be updated? They may have been missed in the cleanup, because there are 83 Diagnose-related items in Seismic, and aside from the edit made last Friday when we called, the previous update was in 2020. Thank you for your consideration.
