In Quote/Contract Doc, Don't Use the Same Term for Two Different Aspects of the Quote
The quote/contract has two different places where the term used is "Billing Frequency." The first is the correct use--when they will be billed, i.e. monthly, quarterly, etd. The second is not the billing frequency but rather the subscription. And it's not even accurate. So for a 2 yr subscription, it says annual subscription. Very confusing for clients who actually read the details of what they sign.

Rhonda HollowayYES. I have a client that is currently holding up a 3-year paid upfront contract for this EXACT reason. When you have anything other than 12-month Annual terms this information on the line item does contradict the rest of the agreement.
