Email notification on approved quotes to additional users (such as admin) with consultant of record

I do a lot of the admin work for my group of partners, including sending out approved quotes and account pauses. I am not the consultant of record, so I don't get the notifications when the quote is approved (if it's not auto approved). Can you please also add the one submitting the quote for approval to receive the email when approved, in addition to the consultant of record?

Great idea Martelle. This will help every PI partner that has an admin person.
