Calendar invite button for participants in Workshop Confirmation Email
A feature on the auto generated workshop confirmation emails with an “add to calendar” button (I get a lot of requests for the calendar invites) so participants can easily have on their calendar, this would be really helpful on multi session workshops.

MartelleWould also be helpful if we could add a Zoom link (as a comment or something) if there can be calendar invites.

Rhonda HollowayFirst, I SO want this to work! The emails that went out to our Decode class this week gave the option to add a meeting request to your calendar by clicking one of 6 or 7 icons. Participant feedback was that it was confusing, and no one did it. We tested and added it ourselves; the meeting request was blank, except the Workshop name and start/end date/time. It showed as an in-person meeting, even though the WS was setup as virtual. We went ahead and sent meeting requests anyway to ensure people had the Zoom link. As a test, we also sent the zoom link in an email and asked if they joined from the link in the email or the one from our meeting request and they said, 'what link in the email', they were all low D.
You guys use Google Workspace, I have created a Zap that will add people from a HubSpot form to a google meeting request, suspect it could work from a SF form as well.
