    <content type="text/plain">When I try and create an opportunity for a prospect the signatory on the agreement form automatically defaults to the key contact, but our  clients want the name of the signatory to be different from the key contact. They do not want the log-in and access details as Account Owner sent to the signatory of the order form but to a key contact who will run the software and control it. I cannot change the key contact details until the account is opened and this really does not work in a timely fashion. Please can you allow the 2 names to appear on the order form i.e. the name of the signatory and a different name for the key contact who will become the Account Owner</content>

The button for emailing or downloading reports is visible, and the side window with reports appears in the "Preview with Inspire" view but is not functional.     <content type="text/plain">From a day‑to‑day standpoint, it takes several clicks before you can actually use the calculator, which makes it harder to move quickly. The pricing adjustment bar moving from right to left is confusing and the layout isn’t consistent between calculators. For example, list price is the first column for New Clients but the last column for renewals. I’ve also talked with a few consultants, and not being able to save the password has been frustrating for them, along with not being able to adjust discounts (when adding a new module) on the renewal calculator. Overall, it feels very different from the previous version, which has made the transition more challenging than expected.</content>

Now I have to do extra clicks to find out someone is unavailable. I have to click on the chat icon, enter my subject, and wait for the chat bot to tell me no one is available and to try later. Not sure why we are making it harder to know when support is available. For ease and transparency, please add back the "Chat with an expert" and "Agent offline" messaging.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Often, when I reach out, it’s on behalf of a client who is experiencing an issue or confusion in the platform. In the past, being able to collaborate directly with User Operations allowed me to triage and resolve these matters quickly and accurately, which reflected well on both PI and our partnership. Live support only being available to clients limits partners ability to resolve things quickly. Additionally, it used to be when we called into live support that we could resolve issues immediately with anyone who answered the phone. Now it seems that everything must be re-routed or escalated. With fewer folks in user ops wouldn’t in make sense that they are trained to be able to resolve without needing to escalate to another member of user ops? We’d love to discuss this with someone so we can better understand how we can best work together to quickly resolve client issues and continue to serve the partner. &#13;

That no longer exists in the Business Account and would be a very handy button to add next to the person's name where you can download. Now you have to download, then send through my own email which is cumbersome if there are more than a few. Or if I forget to set up the auto-send when the link is sent out. You also can't checkbox a group and do something to the whole group together.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Still doing things for the first time here, I often get stuck in Force BC, most recently trying to register for a new workshop and trying to figure out which of the 20+ options I should be picking; once I figured that out, it wouldn't let me pick a state, but it was Friday and PR is closed Friday afternoons and Monday mornings; and I tried again today (a Tuesday), but they're closed for lunch; then again at 2:00pm and everyone's out for a meeting. The "Feedback" sends me into this moderator forum. If I send in an email/ticket, I have to go in and track the response because the auto-generated email doesn't have any details so if I have more than one issue at a time, I receive a response "resolved" but by then I don't recall what the problem was. And then what happens next with the workshop, how materials get sent out, etc. It would be helpful to have better access to quick-to-answer question answerers at least between 9-5 M-F. This has been an ongoing frustration. Thank you.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When moving an assessment to a new, existing folder, you currently have to type in the exact folder name of the existing folder. If you happen to mistype the folder name (like you type RRRealty instead of R R Realty), it creates a new folder instead. Then you end up with multiple folders for the same organization. Solve: A dropdown list of existing folders would ensure that you are able to move assessments to the correct existing folder. Or, if there is not an existing folder, you would have the option of creating a new folder.</content>

In order to properly enter quotes and share the rates with clients we need to be able to see the discount broken down by module. 2. The original assessment date is extremely important for accurate record keeping.     <content type="text/plain">If you have several active links in Partner Seller Tools as well as 3rd party access to some clients it's possible you get all kinds of "Jane Doe completed the PI Behavioral Assessment" emails and we have almost no idea where they came from. &#13;

If the email could include the system name (demo system name or client system name) it wouldn't seem out of bounds for Clients and it would greatly help us out and probably cut down on how many times we jump on to chat to figure out where an assessment is.&#13;

We get assessments from our own websites and marketing events, even when sending assessments to prospects via the seller tools link people often use a personal email. If you select a match, a summary of their profile pops up, but you cannot access their Person Page.  You have to guess which module they are housed in (Hire or Inspire) and re-do your search there.     <content type="text/plain">In Legacy, we've become accustomed to being able to access FBC anytime it's needed regardless of which instance we in. In PI2 we have to move back to either our Legacy system or our PI2 business system and it takes many more clicks. We can bookmark outside of the system but again it's extra clicks. Would be so much easier for Partners to get that SSO enabled click through back.</content>

Viewing the team's cases would be valuable for avoiding duplication and enhancing internal follow-up for us and our clients. Suggestion for Partner Principles to be able to view the entire team's support cases.</content>

Currently, in Force MTC featured Workshops when you click on "View all Participants" you can't see any ppl that aren't your client only the company name. You have to go to Print Participant list and then you can see everyone, it didn't used to be this way. If you are hosting an open ws, you should be able to view all participants of your workshop when you click there.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Repeat clients and referred clients (most of my new business) are used to the 1:1 hiring strategy sessions, where we create a target for one of their roles, assess candidates, and discuss the findings. This approach has been successful, and not being able to assess candidates in the PI2 demo account is a challenge/barrier.</content>
